Customers who purchased on Lawson Tickets will be refunded at Lawson and MIMISTOP.
* For those who purchased the ticket at Lawson, the refund can be received at any Lawson in Japan.
For those who purchased the tickets at MINISTOP, the refund can be received at any MINISTOP in Japan.
* You need to have your ticket to make a refund. Be sure to issue a ticket and complete the refund procedure.
* The refund requires the ticket. Please issue the ticket and then proceed the refund. *The admission fee is also refundable. Please bring the admission ticket with your Live Ticket.
The refund of the admission fee without the admission ticket cannot be accepted.
